House Rules

Starting Hit Points
Characters start with maximum hit points + con modifier
High vs Low Roll
Always roll high for "success" and low for "failure"
Item Slots
Use the item slot system instead of tracking inventory weight
Death Save
Use the Core Rules: Save vs. Death at zero hit points option from the core rules
Critical Hit
A roll of a natural 20 on an attack roll is a critical hit and does maximum damage.
Gold is XP
